Lagos – Punta Cana Resort & Club
At Puntacana Resort, we’ve worked hard to develop the new community of Lagos, taking care of every little detail and applying all our knowledge that comes from years of experience. Expectations have been high from the beginning, and we can proudly say that we have reached and far exceded them.
Lagos will be our first interior community in front of an extension of water within the Resort. Having a privileged location just minutes from white sand beaches, steps from the sports center and very close to all amenities. With the continuous support of our Puntacana Group Foundation and its ecological programs, we will create a new ecosystem of birds, fish and lush landscapes, in perfect balance with our residential development, giving rise to a Caribbean atmosphere that will benefit from our warm climate throughout the year, the tropical breeze and its natural environment.
Currently, we are launching our second home site phase, all with spectacular views of the lake and the natural landscape. This pre-development release will have special prices and terms, and because the quantities are limited, it will only be offered to a select few.

HOME SITES
1st phase was 52 lots, 2nd is only 32. All with water view.
The central lake will be recreational, say you will be able to paddle, kayak and other non-motorized sports.
This lake will be 2-6.5 feet deep, and an average of 200 feet wide.
Lots will have an approximate of 100 feet of front and 16 feet of lateral boundary.
Work is being done with the Ecological Foundation to create a unique ecosystem of flora and fauna.
The forested area in the recreational lake will have a bridge and the path will be through golf carts, bicycles or walking.
It still does not materialize, but in the middle island we are deciding to have between a SPA, restaurant, or other social attraction.
Distance to the beach is 3 minutes, and from the sport center 1 minute.
We will have a canoe and paddle club.
The lakes will have an aerification system – submerged sources that oxygenate.
The lots are between 18,500 – 30,000 sq ft and will be between US$ 580,000 – US$ 725,000.
