Hi, I’m Fran — 37 years old, born to a Cuban father and a Dominican mother, and proudly shaped by a life between cultures. I spent most of my childhood in Costa Rica, where I lived for over 10 years before fate brought me to Puntacana… and introduced me to Corina, my now wife.

I studied Economics and later earned an MBA from Barna Business School. In 2012, at just 24 years old, I joined Grupo Puntacana thinking it would be a short adventure. More than a decade later, I’m still here — and honestly, I wouldn't have it any other way.

Puntacana Resort & Club isn’t just where I work — it’s where I live, where I’ve grown and what I believe in. I’ve seen this place evolve, and I love helping others discover what makes it so special.

Outside of work, I’m all about simple pleasures and good energy. I enjoy reading (usually with a coffee nearby), playing padel with friends and escaping to new places whenever I can — there’s something about discovering new cultures and corners of the world that always recharges me. I’m a big football fan too — and yes, I proudly belong to the Team Messi for life club.
